Language courses
The school offers foreign language classes for Italians and Italian classes for “new Italians” using mother-tongue teachers. In particular we teach English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch, daytime or evening hours with 2-hour classes twice a week (choose between 9-11am, or 3 -5pm, o 8-10pm).

Standard Bi-monthly Classes
The program lasts 30 hours, carried out in 2 months.
For the amount of effort required, the short duration and the type of program employed these are programs that fit who has a job or who is currently studying.
Calendar
Our bi-monthly courses start simultaneously with 3 different levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and always start at the beginning of the month lasting 8 weeks according to the following calendar:
January, March, May, July, September, November.
Each class will be very homogeneous in both language ability and interests, with a minimum of 4 students to a maximum of 8.
Course calendar and timetable are arranged by the teacher in cooperation with the students. The program is presented by the teacher at the beginning of the program, and can be enriched with suggestions from students.
By request on weekends: private tutoring and workshops.
At the end of the two-month period students have the chance to move on to a higher level.

Special Classes
In addition to our standard programs described above the school offers special classes.
These are organized within or outside the school and are made for professionals who want to obtain rapid progress in the specific language and area in a brief period of time.
Business English
For a better confidence in using English for work.
The main objective of this class is to provide students with a better knowledge of English within an international business setting.
Divided in 3 levels, classes begin with a Pre-intermediate level and guide students to an Advanced level.
Each class employs the right choice of language for the right level, both on a work-encountered situation basis and on a practical communication basis.
Within this setting students acquire an improved acquaintance with both written and oral English, develop fluency, acquire more confidence in their own expressional capabilities and are introduced to important cultural factors within an international business setting.

all those who work in a setting where the use of the English language is required.
These English courses are especially designed for business people seeking to gain more confidence in conducting their business in English.
Characteristics:
Classes are based on practical activities mimicking relevant and realistic situations and focus on a specific business (negotiating, presentations, business correspondence), on a specific business area (customer service, project management, sales) or general language problems (fluency, business idioms, pronunciation…).
The particular communicative methodologies optimize the target language.
Periodic review ensures a strengthening of the language.
Limited participant number guarantees a better student-teacher contact.
The use of highly updated material allows student to access the most current business terminology.
The functions, structures and terminology acquired during classes are part of an important linguistic asset that will allow students to easily manage any work and travel-related situation.

German in Tourism and in Gastronomy. Business German.
(Deutsch in Gastronomie und Tourismus. Geschäftskontakte.)
Aimed for both students in tourism and tour/business operators. It requires a basic knowledge of the German language. It is built into two parts: conversation in work-related situations and business correspondence.

Intensive Courses
These programs last 7 days.
Attendance is of 30 hours Monday to Saturday, 3 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.
Individual Classes
A package consists of a minimum of 10 hours in a week or 20 hours in 4 weeks.
These individual classes allow the teacher to focus their work and specific student needs: current events, local culture, marketing, business or other.
Tutoring for Students
Teachers follow the student through a Ministry appointed program, focusing on his/her weak points and using his/her own textbooks.
TOEFL preparation courses for university students (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
We offer training for the Test of English as a Foreign Language, a course that evaluates the English competence of people whose native language is not English.
Most people who take the TOEFL test are planning to study at colleges and universities in the United States and Canada.
TOEFL is also used by academic institutions in countries like Italy where English is not the language of instruction. In addition, many government agencies, scholarship programs, and licensing/certification agencies use TOEFL scores to evaluate English proficiency.
The preparation courses for TOEFL consist of 15 morning/evening lessons (of 60 minutes each) per week, in classes of not more than 5 students. We recommend that students taking up TOEFL examination take our two-month (8 weeks) preparation classes. Students who are sufficiently prepared can also apply for shorter preparation periods.
Courses are divided into three separate levels:
1. Pre-TOEFL Preparation
Review basic grammar, build vocabulary and develop reading and listening skills. Students also do some practice TOEFL tests.
Terms: 8 weeks (15 hours/week)
Prerequisite: Pre-Intermediate level
2. Intermediate TOEFL Preparation
Learn TOEFL test strategies while enhancing reading, writing and grammar skills. Students also do practice TOEFL tests.
Terms: 8 weeks (15 hours/week)
Prerequisite: Pre-Intermediate level
3. Advanced TOEFL Preparation
This course is the same as Intermediate TOEFL Preparation but the material is at a more advanced level. Emphasis is placed on developing Computer Based Test strategies. Students also enhance English vocabulary and writing skills. Much of the time is spent in the computer lab.

Registration fee includes the entry exam and final exam, textbook and teaching material for your classes, and certificate of participation. Registration fee is applicable to all classes and is valid for one year. It is not applicable to individual classes.
